We currently ship within the UK using 2nd Class Standard Delivery via Royal Mail and aim to despatch orders within 5 business days. Once sent we are no longer responsible for the shipment or undelivered packages. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns & Refunds

For any undamaged and unused product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 28 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: personalised items.
